They hired us to completely replace their insurance software that was running on a mini computer. They could not longer do all the functions needed on the existing software. We completely replaced and significantly enhanced the systems they use to operate their business. There is too much we did to tell. We created a Windows back office system and a Web based Agent Access Portal.
The Results: Large time savings. Huge money savings by not needing to hire new staff as they expand their business into to other states. Complete peace of mind as the legal reporting requirements are now largly automatic.

Bovis Lend Lease
This is a large company. One of their divisions builds high rise apartment buildings in the New York / New Jersey area. We were hired to automate one part of their operations. This was a room inspection check list (Punch List). Previously it was done with paper and pencil. We created for them a system that allowed inspectors to take tablet computers into the buildings and record their findings, download the data into a central database and then automatically send out vendor notifications.
The Results: A great deal of Time was saved trying to re-key all the inspection results into the computer and then keep track of it. Bovis saved Money buy getting the work done on time and not needing to pay penalty fees. In addition we tracked the performance of each vendor, so Bovis would know who to keep for the next project.
