Issues Tracking
We have the created a number of systems that focus on tracking issues. Mostly this is somehow related to your clients, but could be internal issues. These issues can either be related to problems your clients are having or issue you are having with them.
Our software can track issue by category and sub category. For example, you have a late payment issue, a sub category could be a reason of some kind.
In addition you can setup your other software systems to created issue for you automatically. You may have condition were a late invoice automatically generates an issue that needs to be followed up on. Or if you have had not contact with a client for a specific number of days you could be notified that you need to call them.
Another important aspect of our system is that it can track issues by users. This means that you can assign a user to an issue and they can have a screen to only see their issues.
Issues can have color coded priorities set on them so users will see items that are coming due.

Insurance Operations
We have created a number of insurance software systems for our clients. These system run the entire operations of an insurance business. From application processing, endorsement management, policy binding, claims management, and many other features.
We have software that allows us to print your policy forms in minutes with all appropriate data correctly filled out on each form. We send out certificates of insurance automatically via Email or Fax.
We have a Web based system that allows all the insurance agents in the field to fill out policies online and submit them for approval.
This system is undergoing constant upgrades to make new improvements in automation.
Connecting QuickBooks
Many times you have accounting data in other programs. It is very tedious to deal with this situation. So we have developed a number of solutions for out clients. This uses the Inuit Software Development Kit (SDK) which allows us to fully connect with all the data in the QuickBooks system that you would like to use.
Pharmaceutical Sales
We have work with a pharmaceutical company in the development of there Sales Force database system. This is a full program that they take into the field with them as they make calls on their doctors. I allows them to record the visit and which drugs to distributed to which doctors. This record is critical for their reporting to the FDA.
In addition the software allows the salesman to enter their planned sales calls to management will be able to maintain an accurate accounting of their activities.
